MEGA-MANSION PHOTO SHOOT

Join us on December 20th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for an extraordinary luxury high-fashion Mega Mansion photoshoot as we close out the year in unforgettable style. This breathtaking estate boasts 6,500 square feet of stunning architecture, including soaring ceilings, an expansive open floor plan, and exquisite French antique chandeliers—offering the perfect backdrop for elevated, editorial-quality visuals.
To preserve the exclusivity and high production value of this experience, participation is limited to 14 model slots and 10 photographer slots.
Photographers may join for a discounted SLEEK photographer fee of $100 (regular rate: $200 for non-team members), providing full creative access to the mansion shoot, talent, and collaborative environment.

To ensure consistency, fairness, and a high-quality experience for all participating talent, photographers are required to:
  • Provide each model they photograph with a minimum of 10 edited images
  • Add @sleekmodelsla & @sleekxevents as collaborators on ALL edits posted
  • Watermark all edited images using the official SLEEK logo (provided by our team)
  • Upload all edited images directly to the SLEEK Admin Master Dropbox
    (Photographers may NOT send files directly to the models. SLEEK Admin will create and deliver the final model-specific Dropbox folders.)

     By participating in the SLEEK collaborative mansion photoshoot, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms:
    1. Collaborative Creative Access
    • I understand that this is a collaborative photo shoot, and I will have equal artistic access to my edited photos.
    • I acknowledge that all creative content captured is part of the SLEEK collaborative project and may be used for promotional purposes.

    2. Delivery Requirements
    • I agree to provide each model I photograph with at least 10 edited images.
    • All edited files must be uploaded to the SLEEK Admin Master Dropbox.
      • Photographers are not permitted to send content directly to models.
      • SLEEK Admin will create and deliver final model-specific folders.
    • I understand that I have 2 weeks from the date of the shoot to deliver all required edits.

    3. Posting & Tagging
    • I agree to tag @sleekmodelsla and @sleekxevents on all content that I post from the shoot.
    • I acknowledge that this applies to social media posts, stories, reels, and any other content shared publicly.

    4. Punctuality & Preparedness
    • I agree to arrive on time and shoot-ready, with all equipment, gear, and backup supplies required for a high-fashion production.
    • I understand that I must be fully wrapped and off the premises with the SLEEK team by 1:00 PM.

    5. Dress Code & Shoot Theme
    • I acknowledge that this is a high-fashion editorial shoot and not a swimwear or lingerie shoot.
    • I agree to comply with the creative direction and theme specified by SLEEK.

    6. Professional Conduct
    • I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully toward all models, staff, SLEEK team members, and venue personnel.
    • I will adhere to all instructions, safety protocols, and venue rules.

    7. Photographer Fee
    • I understand the SLEEK photographer fee is $100 for team photographers ($200 for non-team participants).
    • I acknowledge that the fee covers access to the shoot, collaboration opportunities, and full creative use of my delivered content.

    8. Content Usage Rights
    • I authorize SLEEK and its collaborators to use photos and videos captured during the shoot for:
      • Promotional materials
      • Social media content
      • Marketing campaigns
      • Website and digital portfolios
    • I retain the right to use my edited images for personal and professional self-promotion, provided that SLEEK and the models are credited appropriately.

    9. Liability & Safety
    • I understand that participation in the photoshoot is voluntary.
    • I release SLEEK, its staff, models, and venue from liability for:
      • Personal injury
      • Equipment damage or loss
      • Any accidents or incidents during the shoot

    10. Removal or Dismissal
    • SLEEK reserves the right to remove any photographer from the shoot for:
      • Unprofessional or disruptive behavior
      • Failure to comply with delivery, posting, or tagging requirements
      • Safety violations
    • In such cases, the photographer fee remains non-refundable.
