    PLEASE NOTE: Shoots will only occur in the SoCal area at an agreed upon location.
    SLEEK Models LA Photo Shoot Terms & Conditions
    ​    Please read and agree to the following before booking your session:
    1. Arrival Time
      Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Your session will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will reduce your allotted shooting time, and additional time is not guaranteed.
    2. Session Duration
      Your photo shoot will last only for the duration of the package you selected. Overtime is available only if approved by the photographer and may require an additional fee.
    3. Location
      The session will take place at the agreed-upon location confirmed before your appointment. Any location changes must be approved by SLEEK Models LA in advance.
    4. Weather Policy
      Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. SLEEK Models LA will work with you to arrange a new date.
    5. Rescheduling
      Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session or require a rescheduling fee.
    6. No Shows
      Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in cancellation without a refund.
    7. Wardrobe & Preparation
      Clients are responsible for arriving camera-ready with their selected outfits, hair, and makeup unless otherwise arranged. Bring any wardrobe changes included in your package.
    8. Guest Policy
      One guest may accompany you unless otherwise approved. Guests must not interfere with the session or direct the photographer.
    9. Photo Delivery
      Edited images will be delivered digitally within the estimated turnaround time provided after your shoot. Editing requests beyond standard retouching may incur additional fees.
    10. Image Usage
      Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SLEEK Models LA may use images from your session for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and portfolios. If you prefer your images remain private, please notify us before your session.
    11. Client Usage Rights
      Clients receive a personal license to use the delivered images for portfolios, social media, and self-promotion. Images may not be sold, altered beyond basic cropping or filters, or used commercially without written permission.
    12. Conduct
      SLEEK Models LA reserves the right to end a session without refund if a client engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, photographers, or others present.
    13. Liability
      Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. SLEEK Models LA is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages occurring during the session.
    14. Agreement
      By booking and participating in a photo shoot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
