    EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY/CREATOR AGREEMENT
    This Agreement is entered into on this day of (submission timestamp) 2025, by and between SLEEKLA, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” (name above) hereinafter referred to as the “Photographer/Creator.”
    1. Event Details
    • Event Name: MODELS x MUSES Gala
    • Event Date: July 5th, 2025
    • Event Location: Sofitel Hotel, Los Angeles, CA
    • Time: 8pm-Midnight
    2. Scope of Work
    The Photographer/Creator agrees to capture content (photos, video, or other media as discussed) during the event and submit all RAW or JPEG, unedited or edited content to SLEEKLA (per creators choice).
    3. Content Delivery
    • All RAW content must be submitted to SLEEKLA no later than Tuesday, July 8th, 2025 (within 3 days post-event).
    • Content should be delivered via [preferred method: cloud link, drive, or specified platform].
    4. Watermarking
    • The Photographer/Creator may apply a light watermark to their content prior to submission.
    • Watermarks must not obstruct or heavily distract from the subject of the image or footage.
    5. Credits & Usage
    • SLEEKLA agrees to credit the Photographer/Creator by tagging and mentioning them on all applicable social media posts and other digital platforms where the content is used.
    • Both SLEEKLA/photographer/Creator reserves the right to edit and use the submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the event and its brand.
    6. Ownership & Licensing
    • The Photographer/Creator retains copyright of the original work.
    • By signing this agreement, the Photographer/Creator grants SLEEKLA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted content in connection with the promotion of the event and future marketing efforts.
    7. Compensation
    • This event is a collaborative event where the photographer/creator produces content for the event and is credited by SLEEKLA.
    8. Miscellaneous
    • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

    Any modifications must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
