MODELS AGRREMENT (August 25th shoot)

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Company, SLEEKLA, the Models, and the Photographers/Creative Team will collaborate for the successful execution of visual content creation. This content may include, but is not limited to, photographs, videos, and other media forms intended for promotional, commercial, and editorial purposes, as defined by the Company.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE SLEEKLA SHOOT IS A TIME FOR PRINT COLLABORATION BETWEEN MYSELF & SLEEKLA. I WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ALL EDITED ONLY CONTENT CREATED THROUGH THIS COLLABORATION VIA A MASTER DROPBOX. I WILL RECEIVE AT LEAST 10 PHOTOS WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHERS I SHOOT WITH. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES (technical difficulties, time and etc). *

I UNDERSTAND THAT WITH MUTUAL CREATIVE CONTROL, I AM NOT ABLE TO REQUEST THE REMOVAL OF POSTED CONTENT OR ADDITIONAL EDITS. IN ADDITION, ALL CONCERNS MUST PERSONALLY GO THROUGH THE ADMINS OF SLEEKLA. *

I UNDERSTAND THAT CONTENT WILL NOT BE ALTERED OR PHOTOSHOPPED OUTSIDE OF THE TYPICAL EDITING FOR PRODUCTION PURPOSES. *
