1. Scope of Services: The Model/Influencer agrees to promote and endorse the SLEEK event scheduled to take place on the date agreed through their social media platforms and other promotional channels.

2. Compensation: In consideration for the Model/Influencer's services, the Model/Influencer will receive a fee of $10 for every person who attends the Event using a ticket purchased through the unique promotional code or link provided to the Model/Influencer by the Event Organizer.

3. Payment: Payment will be made within the next business day following the conclusion of the Event. The Model/Influencer will provide the Event Organizer with the necessary payment details for the transfer (Cash App/Venmo).

4. Promotion: The Model/Influencer agrees to actively promote the Event on their social media platforms and other promotional channels using the provided promotional code or link. The Model/Influencer shall make a reasonable effort to ensure the effectiveness of their promotional activities.

5. Unique Promo Code/Link: The Event Organizer will provide the Model/Influencer with a unique promotional code or link for tracking purposes. This code/link will be used by attendees to purchase tickets to the Event, and the Model/Influencer will receive credit for each ticket sold using this code/link.

6. Exclusivity: During the term of this Agreement, the Model/Influencer agrees not to promote or endorse this event using a platform outside the SLEEK platform, that may conflict with the interests of the SLEEK event.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement. In the event of termination, the Model/Influencer will be entitled to compensation only for the tickets sold up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality: The Model/Influencer agrees to keep all confidential information related to the Event, including but not limited to financial details and marketing strategies, confidential both during and after the term of this Agreement.
