Service Agreement between Sabrak Boutique LLC (Client) and SLEEK (Service Provider)
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on November 21st 2023 between Sabrak Boutique LLC, with its principal place of business in the Los Angeles area, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," and SLEEK, an content development and marketing platform, with its principal place of business in the Los Angeles area, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider."

1. Scope of Services: SLEEK agrees to provide the following services to Sabrak: 3 Social Media ready REELS 500-1000 frames (raw) 100-200 edited frames

2. Payment: In consideration for the services rendered, Sabrak agrees to pay SLEEK the sum of $500, payable as follows: An initial payment of $250 is due upon the execution of this Agreement. The remaining $250 is due within 1 week of the shoot date (December 16, 2023). Payment shall be made via invoice from SLEEK.

3. Term: This Agreement shall be effective as of the date first above and shall continue in effect until the services specified in Section 1 are satisfactorily completed or until terminated by either party upon mutual agreement.

4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, any unpaid fees for services rendered prior to the termination date shall remain due.

5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all non-public information and materials exchanged during the course of this Agreement confidential. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
